The above is one of the many words that describe Alyssa Kompas. Her determination and will in regards to her cancer research campaign as part of the LLS Students of the Year program has never withered nor faltered. The mission behind her campaign is to direct funding for cancer research— a subject that affects almost all of us. Such determination has inspired me greatly— in support of her campaign, I am announcing a bake sale fundraiser sponsored by my school’s activities coordination team.
The bake sale will be held Monday, April 4 through Wednesday, April 6. All proceeds will go directly to her campaign— make sure you spot out the bake sale table in the hub hallway. Any and all support is greatly appreciated.
